Carol Malone Blvd., Grayson.Students will receive state-mandated athletic physicals with an additional cardiac component, which includes total cholesterol, blood sugar, blood oxygen and an EKG. David Bush, M.D., and Katrina Barker, APRN, will interpret results. Appointments are required for sports physicals and may be made by calling 1-888-377-KDMC (5362). Space is limited and physicals are available on a first come-first served basis.A parent or legal guardian must be present to sign a KDMC consent form.
