KDMC Teen Volunteer Program

Thank you for your interest in the KDMC Summer Teen Volunteer Program. We are proud to offer teens the opportunity to learn skills, gain confidence, better understand the world of work, prepare college applications and develop a sense of commitment to others. Because King's Daughters is above all a place of healing and care, there are a few requirements for teen volunteers.

Eligibility Requirements:

• The potential teen volunteer must be 14 years of age (or older) on or before June 1 of the current year.
• The completed application (including parent/guardian signature) must be completed and submitted to the Volunteer Office no later than April 15 of the current year.
• New teen volunteers must successfully attend a mandatory orientation. Please inquire about this year's orientation program schedule when you submit your application.

Teens must commit to working at least one four-hour shift each week.

Teens accepted into the program are asked to commit to their assigned schedule and not miss more than one week of service. Notice for vacation or other activities must be given in advance.
