Dr. Coplin earned his medical degree from the Instituto Tecnológico de Santa Dominga, Dominican Republic; completed internship at Lincoln Memorial and Mental Health Center, Bronx, N.Y.; and completed residency at Woodhull Medical and Mental Health Center, Brooklyn, N.Y. Dr. Coplin completed a critical care fellowship at Albert Einstein Hospital, Bronx, N.Y. He is board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine with subspecialty certification in infectious diseases.

Ashland, Ky. - King’s Daughters Sports Medicine will offer Saturday morning sports injury clinics from 8 to 10 a.m. beginning Aug. 31 through Oct. 27 at the Center for Advanced Imaging, 2225 Central Ave., Ashland.  

Primary care sports medicine physician Andy Gilliland, M.D., orthopedic surgeon Kevin Kulwicki, M.D., and an athletic trainer will provide services.
