King’s Daughters Medical Center (KDMC) welcomes new vice president of Human Resources Jan Blair to its senior leadership team.
This key position provides leadership and program development for all human resources functions of KDMC, including recruitment, development, alignment and retention of the best healthcare professionals.
Blair brings to Team KDMC more than 20 years of healthcare human resources experience. Most recently, she served six years as system vice president of Human Resources for Allegiance Health that includes a 411-bed community hospital located in Jackson, Mich. Blair previously was vice president of Human Resources and Support Services for six years with St. Joseph Hospital, Fort Wayne, Ind., the flagship facility of the five-hospital Ancilla Systems, Hobart, Ind. Throughout her career, she has been named to a number of senior human resources leadership positions.
In addition to her professional experiences, Blair’s academic achievements include a Masters of Business Administration from Eastern Michigan University, and a bachelor’s degree from Michigan State University. She is in the process of relocating to Ashland with her husband.
