ASHLAND, Ky. – King’s Daughters Medical Center’s free healthy heart and EKG screening that was scheduled for Monday, April 30 at the Morgan County Public Library, 151 University Drive, West Liberty has been canceled. The screening was canceled because of the recent tornado damage. The screening will be rescheduled.
To date, KDMC Team Members, volunteers and the churches and organizations to which they belong, have collected approximately $22,000 for tornado relief. In addition, donated supplies were delivered to Morgan and Lawrence counties, and a second delivery of infant car seats was taken to West Liberty. King’s Daughters Medical Center will match 100% of all monetary donations received for tornado relief from Team Members.
