Cardiologist Earl Perrigo, M.D., has joined the medical staff at King’s Daughters Medical Center (KDMC) and will be working primarily in Portsmouth, Ohio.
Dr. Perrigo is affiliated with Kentucky Heart and Vascular Physicians, Inc. (formerly Cumberland Cardiology). He comes to KDMC after practicing medicine in Ohio, Wisconsin and Michigan.
A 1969 medical school graduate of the University of Vermont, Burlington, Vt., he continued his education by completing an internship in 1970 at Buffalo General/E.J. Meer Memorial Hospitals, Buffalo, N.Y.; a residency in 1975 at Yale New Haven Medical Center, New Haven, Conn.; and fellowships at Yale New Haven Medical Center, (1974), adult cardiology; Medical Center Hospital of Vermont, Burlington, Vt. (1976), adult/pediatric cardiology.
