King's Daughters Medical Center welcomes general anesthesiologists Jonathan Estes, M.D., and Cameron Richards, M.D., along with cardiothoracic anesthesiologist Amit Yajnik, M.D.
Estes earned his medical degree from Marshall University Joan C. Edwards School of Medicine, Huntington, W.Va, and completed residency at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center, Pittsburgh, Pa.
Richards earned his medical degree from St. George’s University School of Medicine, Grenada, West Indies, and completed residency at Pennsylvania State University-Hershey, Hershey, Pa.
Yajnik earned his medical degree from the Medical University of South Carolina, Charleston, S.C.; completed residency at Ochsner Clinic Foundation, New Orleans; and completed fellowship in cardiothoracic anesthesia at Cleveland Clinic, Cleveland.
General anesthesiologists administer anesthetic drugs for sedation and pain control for various types of medical procedures and surgery. Cardiothoracic anesthesiologists are devoted to the preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative anesthesia care of adult patients undergoing cardiothoracic surgery and lung surgery.
