ids to the park. They’ve been trapped inside all winter, now it’s time for them to run and play! The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention recommend kids get at least 60 minutes of physical activity every day. Call us crazy, but swinging on the swings and sliding down the sliding board are some of our favorite childhood memories. Make some memories for your kids!

Fly a kite!
You can buy a kite, or make your own, but the point is, flying a kite gets you outside, improves your mood, reduces anxiety and actually helps improve your memory, learning and emotions.

Put some tulips on the dinner table.
It’s like bringing the outside in!
