King’s Daughters Medical Center on Monday unveiled a new mobile health unit to the Ashland community, which will be used to provide healthcare and screenings to business, industry and rural/isolated areas throughout KDMC’s service area. The new vehicle has been named The KDMC Auxiliary Mobile Health Unit, in honor of Auxiliary’s pledge of $150,000 to purchase the equipment. Total cost for the unit was $186,526.

King’s Daughters Medical Center will celebrate the opening of its newest location in Proctorville, Ohio, with an open house on Wednesday, Nov. 16 from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. at 676 County Road 107.
Community members are invited to attend and meet the cardiologist Tina Sias, M.D., and family nurse practitioner Jan Rule - and participate in a free healthy heart with EKG screening.
