King's Daughters Stroke Symposium 2011: Innovations in Stroke Care, will take place Oct. 6 and 7 in the Health Education Center at KDMC. The program has been approved for CME, CNE and continuing education for physical/occupational therapists and radiation operators. Cost for the program is $25, which includes course materials and meals. Full details are available at kdmc.com/register. Registration deadline is 4 p.m. Oct. 3.
