- Can I set my account on a payment plan?
Yes. King''s Daughters Medical Center does offer a payment plan for patients who wish to set their balance on monthly payments. If you cannot pay in full and wish to make monthly payments, call us to set up a payment arrangement.
- I have been sending in payments. Do I still need to call and make payment arrangements?
Yes. Our system is automated, and you must call to make arrangements.
- Has my insurance paid?
We can check your records to see if your insurance has paid, how much, and your remaining balance.
- Do you charge interest?
No, we do not charge interest on our accounts.
- Can I payroll deduct my account?
If you are a KDMC team member, we offer payroll deductions. You must have a payroll deduction form on file. If you don't have one, you must fill one out.
- Can I have a copy of my bill?
Yes, we can print a copy of your bill. You may either pick it up in person, or we can mail it to you.
Reading Your Bill
If you are set up on a payment plan, the contract amount it the amount currently due. The entire amount will still be listed below. Payment plans must be set up and approved with the Business Office. Look for this information in the lower right of your bill.

Every time someone receives services at KDMC, a new account is assigned. This ensures payments are applied to the correct admission or treatment. Look for this number in the top right of your bill.
