What Patient Representatives Do
Patient representatives help customers resolve their concerns with service quality. Patient reps make rounds to newly admitted patients to help identify opportunities to improve patients'' healthcare experience. For concerns falling outside their area of responsibility, patient reps will refer concerns to the appropriate person.

Completing a patient satisfaction survey
Patients receive a satisfaction survey within seven days of their experience with KDMC. Patients or their designees are encouraged to complete the surveys and return it in the pre-paid business envelope. The surveys are used to identify unmet patient needs, improve care and caring, and recognize team members who have provided outstanding service.
