Marketing and Public Relations
The Marketing and Public Relations Department is responsible for internal and external mass communication from the medical center. This includes:
- advertisements on television, radio and in the newspaper
- news releases
- media relations
- brochures and other printed materials
- direct marketing campaigns
- web site management
- video production
- special events
The toll-free Call Center (1-888-377-KDMC) also is managed in this department. The Call Center receives thousands of calls each year for free health screenings registration, physician referrals and class registration.
