The team in KDMC’s Finance Department prepares the medical center’s annual operating budget. The department also:
- is responsible for monthly departmental financial reports;
- assists department managers with overall financial concerns;
- analyzes new departmental services and capital expenditures;
- searches for cost-saving measures.
