We understand the true value of your referral. When you send a patient to King’s Daughters, you are not only relying on us to protect their health, you’re entrusting us with your reputation. Our goal with every patient is to provide the best possible course of treatment in an environment where each patient is valued and respected. Our goal is to make it as easy as possible for you to send your patients to us for care.

To arrange a transfer, please call us toll free, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, at

We will need a few pieces of information to get the transfer started:

• Referring physician/hospital information: Name, address, phone and fax.
• Patient information: Name, address, phone number, two primary identifiers (DOB, SSN), and the service needed.

We will handle all the details, including arranging a physician to accept the patient, transport (air or ground), bed assignment, resource management, etc. We strive for open communication that allows you to track your patient and monitor their progress for a seamless transition back to your care. Physicians with KDMC Epic access will be able to follow their patients online. Non-Epic users will receive a report of the hospitalization after discharge.
