  • Outpatient clinics/offices, some with extensive diagnostic capabilities, in Catlettsburg, Cedar Knoll, Flatwoods, Grayson, Morehead, Olive Hill, Prestonsburg and Sandy Hook, Ky.; Burlington, Ironton, Jackson, and Wheelersburg, Ohio
